About Me
I believe we all benefit from having a space where we can speak openly and honestly somewhere free from judgement, pressure, or the feeling that we need to explain or justify who we are.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or carrying a sense that life feels harder than it seems to for other people. Perhaps you’ve spent years masking, overthinking, people-pleasing, or trying to meet expectations while quietly struggling underneath. You may be exploring whether you are autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent, or trying to make sense of a recent diagnosis either for yourself or someone close to you.
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent over two decades working in corporate environments, so I understand the impact that pressure, constant demands, burnout, and navigating complex social dynamics can have on our wellbeing. Running my own business has also given me insight into responsibility, balance, and the realities of modern life.
My experience includes supporting young adults in educational settings, alongside working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. I have a particular focus on supporting neurodivergent clients, including those who are questioning or exploring this part of themselves. My understanding in this area has developed through professional experience, ongoing learning, research, and close personal connection within my own family.
At the heart of my work is the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My role is not to “fix” you, but to work alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect as you make sense of your experiences and discover what helps you feel more grounded, authentic, and connected to yourself.
