About Me

I believe we can all benefit from a space to talk openly, somewhere free from judgement and expectation. Whether you’re struggling with stress, uncertainty, loss, low confidence, relationship difficulties, or a general sense that things aren’t quite right, counselling can help you explore your thoughts and feelings and find new ways of understanding yourself.

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent over two decades working in a corporate environment, so I understand the pressures and challenges that can come from high workloads, change, and complex dynamics. I also run my own business, which has given me insight into managing responsibility, balance, and the realities of modern life.

My experience includes supporting young adults in an educational setting, as well as people from a range of backgrounds and life stages. I have a particular interest in working with those who identify as neurodivergent or are exploring that part of themselves. My understanding in this area has grown through professional experience, research, and close connection within my own family.

At the heart of my work is the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, build awareness, and discover what might help you live in a way that feels more authentic and balanced.
